The Township of Puslinch is subject to Zoning By-law 19/85, which is dated and has been subject to numerous site specific amendments over the years. Therefore, in order to implement new tools and create a more contemporary regulatory document, the Township has initiated a new Comprehensive Zoning By-law Project.
The Township's new Comprehensive Zoning By-law Project involves an 8-Phase Work Plan that is anticipated to be complete by mid-2017. The following figure has been prepared to summarize key project phases, steps, and timing:
The Puslinch Forward Draft Discussion paper, prepared by Stantec and MLS Planning Consultants, consolidates Phases 1 -3 of the project and reviews the planning contect, key background documents and identifies sets of possible options for a new Zoning By-law.

An OPEN HOUSE is being held Thursday February 16th at 6 p.m at the Puslinch Community Centre, with a formal presentation starting at 6:30. The findings of Phases 1 to 3 will be presented and representatives from teh Township and Consulting Team will be avaiable to answer questions and receive comments.
